Rabat - King Mohammed VI sent a message to French Prime Minister Manuel Valls, following the series of terror attacks against several neighborhoods in Paris.
It is with deep emotion that I heard the sad news of the coward terrorist attacks that simultaneously targeted on Friday several neighborhoods in Paris and the France Stadium area, says the Sovereign in the message.
While condemning in the strongest terms these horrendous attacks, the King, expresses in his own name and on behalf of the Moroccan people to the French prime minister Morocco’s full solidarity and support.
I am convinced that the French security forces will be able to triumph over authors of these abominable criminal acts and that thanks to the French people mobilization and determination to defend their lofty values, your country will face this terrible experience, the King concluded.
French people were taken on Friday by the worst terrorist attacks that targeted their country. Following the attacks, French President declared the state of emergency and ordered the closing of borders. The death toll has risen to 153 victims, while more 200 people were wounded.
