Rabat - The Moroccan young man who was killed in the terrorist attack that rocked Paris on Friday night has been identified on Facebook.
The victim was a 28-year old newlywed architect. Amine Ibnolmobarak was an architect and teacher at the ENSA Paris-Malaquais architecture school, the Union Nationale des Etudiants en Architecture et Paysage said on its Facebook page.
On Friday night, Amine Ibnolmobarak went with his wife to Le Carillon, a cafe-bar in the trendy Canal Saint-Martin area of eastern Paris.
Just before 9:30 p.m. local time, as part of the coordinated series of terrorist attacks across Paris, a man opened fire with a semi-automatic weapon on the crowded café, killing Amine and 11 others.
His wife was also shot in the attacks. Akram Benmbarek, who said he is a relative of the victim, wrote on Facebook that his cousin's wife received three gunshot wounds and remains in critical condition.
"We come every day to this cafe because it is friendly, it is simple," Alexandra Damien, a regular, told the Associated Press outside Le Carillon on Saturday. Flowers and candles were placed there in memory of those killed.
