Rabat – More than 18,000 Sub-Saharan students are currently enrolled in Morocco’s higher education institutions, with 6,500 receiving scholarships, said Mohamed Aboussaleh, the secretary general of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Training, on March 15 in Meknes.
